Questions you might have

Can I combine à la carte and subscription?›

Yes. Courses purchased à la carte remain yours permanently. You can subscribe later for access to remaining courses — your progress is always preserved.

How are Level 3 cohorts structured?›

Each Level 3 course runs over 7 to 9 weeks — one module per week. Sessions alternate weekly between a live masterclass with the AWA lead instructor and a guest expert speaker. Cohorts are capped at 20 participants. We run 2–3 cohorts per year per course.

Do I need to complete L1 and L2 before joining Level 3?›

Level 3 is designed for founders who are already leading — no formal L1/L2 completion required. That said, the experience is richer with that foundation. We assess readiness during the application process.

How do I get the 10% cohort discount as a subscriber?›

The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you're logged in with an active Solo or Community subscription.

Can my organisation buy seats for a team?›

Yes — we offer organisation plans from 5 seats with volume pricing, dedicated cohorts, custom learning paths and HR reporting. Contact academy@nexcenda.com and we'll respond within 48h.

Are prices in GBP? Other currencies available?›
